IT for the way manufacturers actually run.
From the warehouse floor to the corner office.
Managed IT, industrial Wi-Fi, ERP support, and multi-site standardization for manufacturers, distributors, and warehouse-driven operations. One partner for both ends of your business, corporate and operational, under one in-house team.

The five things manufacturing IT has to get right.
Manufacturers and distributors don't have time for an IT partner that's still learning the domain. Here's what we mean, and how we handle each one.
Your ERP is the spine of everything.
Production planning, inventory, shipping, finance, all of it runs through your ERP. When it slows, sticks, or fails, the impact isn't "IT is down." It's "the company is down." Orders stall, the warehouse stops picking, and you find out about it from operations, not from a monitoring dashboard.
How we handle it
24/7 monitoring on the ERP and every network path it depends on: server health, database performance, integration endpoints. We work alongside your ERP vendor, not as a replacement for them, so when something breaks, the right specialist is on it inside the SLA. Documented escalation runbooks for the failure modes that actually matter to your operation.
Warehouse uptime is shipping uptime.
Scanners drop the connection, the pick list stops. Wi-Fi flickers, the WMS logs people out mid-pick. Label printers go offline, the dock backs up. The cost shows up on the next morning's outbound report, not as "an IT issue" but as "we missed the truck."
How we handle it
Industrial-grade Wi-Fi designed for actual warehouse RF conditions: racking, dock doors, forklifts moving through. Same-day onsite dispatch when remote resolution isn't enough. Incident response runbooks that distinguish "the office printer is jammed" from "the dock is offline."
The corp office and the warehouse aren't one network.
Office Wi-Fi serves laptops and Zoom calls. Warehouse Wi-Fi serves scanners, label printers, mobile devices, IoT sensors, and increasingly OT systems on the manufacturing floor. Different uptime requirements, different security posture, different physical environment. Treating them as one network is how breaches start, and how production stops.
How we handle it
Segmented network architecture by default: separate VLANs, separate access controls, separate monitoring per zone. Security policies appropriate to each segment. A single management plane so your IT lead sees both ends of the operation, even though the systems are deliberately isolated.
Warehouse Wi-Fi is harder than office Wi-Fi.
Metal racking blocks signal. Forklifts move through coverage zones. Scanners need consistent connectivity from the dock door to the back of the building, and a dead spot in the wrong aisle means a worker holding a scanner that won't sync. Office-grade access points in a warehouse fail in ways the cabling vendor doesn't warn you about, until production starts dropping orders.
How we handle it
Coverage planning grounded in warehouse experience, with calibrated RF surveys and design brought in through our partner network for sites that warrant them. Industrial-rated APs sized for the actual environment, not the floor plan. We deploy the proposed solution end-to-end with our in-house team. Ongoing monitoring focused on what matters to operations: uptime, keeping product moving, keeping teams connected.
Multi-site means standardization, or you drift.
One facility's WMS works fine. The next site does it differently because the team there had a different installer. Now your IT partner is supporting two architectures pretending to be one. Multiply across five facilities and the support burden becomes unsustainable: every issue is a one-off.
How we handle it
Standardized Newgentek build at every facility: same core stack, same security posture, same naming conventions, same support runbook. New sites get the same configuration as the ones already running. We've built rollout playbooks across multi-site distribution operations and pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. Support stays scalable as the company grows.
What we handle for manufacturers and distributors.
- Managed IT Services — 24/7 helpdesk, infrastructure, and vCIO across corporate and warehouse environments.
- ERP support and integration — We work alongside your ERP team and vendor with monitoring, escalation, and integration support, without replacing the specialist.
- Industrial Wi-Fi design and install — Coverage planning grounded in warehouse experience, with RF surveys and design brought in through our partner network. Industrial-rated APs, deployed end-to-end by our in-house team.
- Network segmentation — Corp, warehouse, and OT zones with appropriate security per segment. One management plane, deliberate isolation.
- Cybersecurity — Endpoint, email, dark-web monitoring, around-the-clock managed detection and response. Segmented for industrial environments where IT and OT meet.
- Cabling and network buildout — Self-performed and licensed in Florida; coordinated through our national partner network elsewhere. For new facilities, line expansions, and warehouse retrofits.
- Multi-site standardization — Same Newgentek build at every facility. Rollout playbooks, standardized BOMs, consistent support runbook.
- Workplace technology — Conference rooms, AV, digital signage for corporate offices and floor-level production-board displays.
Manufacturers who run on Newgentek.
From pharmaceutical compounding to consumer-goods manufacturing to global pool and spa distribution: different products, same operational reality. Warehouses that have to ship. Corporate offices that have to coordinate. ERPs that have to stay up. We handle all of it under one team.
I hired Newgentek to help standardize our organization's technology landscape. We acquired multiple companies with locations throughout the US. We needed a proven vendor who could implement a strategy to convert a disparate technology landscape into a standard model. They delivered — and added significant value and valuation to the organization. Ryan S., Vice President, Information Technology
Multi-site standardization·Strategic valuation impact
How engagements work.
Ongoing managed services Flat-rate monthly per location and per covered device. Scales as you add facilities or grow headcount. You know what you're paying and what's covered.
Project-based work New facility buildouts, network expansions, ERP-adjacent infrastructure projects, warehouse Wi-Fi retrofits, all priced against a detailed scope with every line item visible.
Multi-site rollouts We scope the full program up front: site survey, standardized bill of materials, install and commissioning schedule, go-live and cutover. Priced as a program, executed per-site.
Building, expanding, or standardizing across sites?
15 minutes. We'll talk through your operation, your facilities, and whether Newgentek is the right partner for what you're running. If we're not a fit, we'll tell you.
